Story….ACP Sanjay Kumar (John Abraham) and his team end up engaging in a shootout with some students operatives, resulting in two of them dead, one arrested and a cop injured. Believing the students to be innocent, the locals start opposing the Delhi police because police start arresting other student on their own will, and the whole nation joins them in doing so. Sanjay, able to bear the pain and hear the disgraceful words directed at him, becomes depressed and at that times he never tries to kill himself, only to be revived by his wife Nandita, a news reporter. Sanjay realizes that some more culprits are still at large, and in order to catch them, teams up with his officers once again and races against time.
